As all our pieces are made to order, typically, we have between 15-20 business days to make and then deliver an order for Pret pieces. However, the products purchased during sale may take longer than usual to deliver due to more number of orders at a single point of time.

Some pieces may take 30 days to process and then deliver, depending on the material availability and your location. For urgent orders, please contact us on Whatsapp before placing your order.

Local pickup can take more than 5 days, we will notify you through email or call when your order is ready for pickup.

Any changes in the materials such as laces, tassels. pompoms. ete are subjected to availability. The outfit might be subjected to minute changes in placements of prints, motifs, gazzing, ruffles, embroidery and other details. They are replaced with similar materials, that give the overall same look as displayed.

These are made to order designer styles, hence expect a slight variation from the image displayed

Colors:
(1) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

(2) We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's phone's display of any color will be accurate.

(3) Colors may appear different Outdoors when compared to studio by few tones.

(4) Garments are subject to lose colors when washed with other clothes

Fabric Care:

(1) Steam iron only.

(2) Dry clean & Gentle wash only.

(3) Dry in shady place.

(4) On washing with hard chemicals or with other clothes, dyed sereen print may fade/lose the shade.

(5) Do not use hard ground hot water bleaching agents.

Delivery:

(1) Please note that we are unable to influence the delivery of any parcels once they have left our warchouse.
(2) Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details prior to confirming your order. Please note that we can't be held responsible for any sort of delivery lapses by any of the courier/delivery partners.
(3) The shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. (Applicable for both domestic and international shipping)

Post Delivery:

(1) As soon as the Product(s) are delivered to you, you become the owner of those Product(s) and the responsibility have passed to you.
(2) Any alterations specifications will be charged as per actuals.
(3) Garments tend to get crumbled when folded and packed, Steam Ironing of the garments does not lie on us after delivery.
