• What is your Returns policy?

    In the unlikely event that something you ordered from seharre.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may contact us via email with the unboxing video of your package at contact.seharre@gmail.com to return the product.

    Please email us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product within 10 days from the date on which your order was delivered. For standard sized outfits, sizing issues are not eligible for refund or exchange.

    For international orders, you may contact us via email with the unboxing video of your package at contact.seharre@gmail.com to return the product. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product within 2 months from the date on which your order was delivered.

    Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice and tags, and preferably in its original packaging. Also we do not accept returns for customized outfits, unless it is a quality defect.

    Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end and if the claimed damage is approved by us, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per the eligibility of your order.

    In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 15 business days. 

    Am I eligible for a refund?
    As all our pieces are made to order, we will be unable to accept returns and refunds unless the garment is damaged or defective.

    In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the type of purchase when:

    • The order is canceled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.

    As soon as your order return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 15 working days.

    Can I return and exchange my order?

    As all our pieces are made to order, we will be unable to accept returns unless the garment is damaged or defective. In the event that you would like to change your order before you receive it, please write to us within 1 day of order confirmation on Whatsapp, post which we will not be able to make any changes.

     

    Do you offer reverse pick-up?

    No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share the courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end. Please contact us on Whatsapp for further assistance.
